“This person will regularly meet with prospective European Semi customers to understand their use cases, needs, and duty cycles,” Tesla states in the job description.
The company’s Senior Manager of the Semi Program, Dan Priestley, will be speaking twice during the first two days of the IAA fair.
On the inaugural day, Priestley will deliver a 15-minute keynote while on the following day, the executive will sit down with PepsiCo’s Electrification Program Manager Dejan Antunović — one of Tesla’s first customers for the Semi model — in a panel talk titled “Scaling Semi Electrification: A Case Study with PepsiCo”.
The event stated, on its website, that “18 exhibitors have registered with 33 heavy and 27 light commercial vehicles” including Tesla, MAN Trucks, Scania, Volvo, and more.
