Luxury carmaker Jaguar announced a major rebranding on Tuesday. As it nears its 90th anniversary, the British brand plans to transition its entire lineup to all-electric vehicles, with the first new model scheduled to be launched in 2026.
The expressions “Create exuberant,” “Live vivid,” “Delete ordinary,” and “Break moulds” appeared before the brand’s main tagline in the final seconds of the ad: “Copy Nothing.”
Tesla CEO Elon Musk commented on the post on X, asking, “Do you sell cars?” The 30-second ad features eight models dressed in vivid colors but does not showcase any products from the brand.
The brand answered shortly after saying, “Yes. We’d love to show you. Join us for a cuppa in Miami on 2nd December? Warmest regards, Jaguar.”
Here’s the video shared by Jaguar earlier this Tuesday.
When an X user commented, “I thought you guys made cars??,” the brand replied, “We do. All will be revealed,” and added in a separate post, “The story is unfolding. Stay tuned.”
The company describes the relaunched brand characteristics as “exuberant Modernism.” On its new website, Jaguar teases more information for early December.

“We’re here to delete ordinary. To go bold. To copy nothing. Dec 2, 2024,” the company displays.
Jaguar has updated its font, replacing the boxy uppercase design with a new, rounded, minimalist style. The name is written in lowercase, except for the ‘G,’ with the ‘j’ and ‘r’ designed as mirrored elements.
